What is included in the rental price?

The rental price includes the yacht, a professional captain, and basic amenities such as fuel and cleaning. Additional services, such as catering or extra water sports equipment, may be available for an extra fee.

How long can I rent the yacht for?

You can rent the yacht for a minimum of 4 hours. The most common rental durations are 4 and 6 hours, but we can accommodate longer rentals if needed. Please contact us for custom time frames and pricing.

Do I need to bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, guests are required to bring their own food and beverages. However, you can place food orders with us, and we’ll be happy to assist with arrangements to ensure you have everything you need for your trip.

Can I bring pets on board?

Pets are generally allowed, but we ask that you inform us in advance to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone aboard. Certain restrictions may apply.

Is the captain included in the price?

Yes, the price includes a professional captain who will guide you throughout your trip, ensuring your safety and a great experience.

How many people can the yacht accommodate?

Our yachts can accommodate up to 13 people, including the charter responsible. This is in accordance with Coast Guard regulations.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my reservation?

If weather conditions are not safe for sailing, we will work with you to reschedule your booking. Safety is our priority, and we want to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Can I choose the itinerary for the day?

Yes, we offer several options for your itinerary, such as Marine Stadium, Fisher Island, Monument Island, and Star Island. You can decide where you’d like to go, and we will gladly recommend the best spots based on your group’s preferences.

Do you provide towels or other amenities?

No, we do not provide towels or sunscreen. Please be sure to bring your own. We do provide basic amenities such as water and safety equipment. Let us know if you have any other special requests!

How do I make a reservation?

Simply let us know the date and time you wish to reserve, and make a $500 deposit to secure your trip. The remaining balance is due on the day of the charter, before departure.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a security deposit is required based on the yacht selected. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of the charter, provided there is no damage or additional charges.

What is the cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds. However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled trip, we will be happy to reschedule it for you and maintain the agreed price. Please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.
